My Rating
In Angel’s Flight, an activist attorney, suing the LAPD is killed on a tram along with an innocent bystander and the list of suspects includes everyone in the department’s Robbery Homicide division. For that reason, Lt. Irving has Bosch and his partners – J. Edgar and Kiz Rider – investigate and either clear or charge the suspected officers.
Again, like so many of the Bosch books, this one was used as the starting point for a season of the streaming series with changes – both large and small. Twists and turns abound in this installment of the Bosch universe. As will another book in the series, this one also intertwines multiple cases that Bosch and his team investigate.
The plot of both stories is well developed and blended perfectly without losing a step or leaving any loose ends. A perfect read that will have you turning pages, guessing the final outcome.
Recommend?
I recommend this book to everyone who loves mysteries and is a fan of psychological thrillers. Twists and turns will keep you wondering if you know who the various villains are.
