Mult-Genre Anthologies for 2023-2025 Announced

Not everyone reads in just one genre. Someone who reads mainly romance might also read romantic suspense which will then lead them to suspense, then the next thing you know, they are devouring thrillers and police procedurals.

Variety is the spice of Life!

We will be putting together several multiple genre anthologies to feed each readers’ appetite and introduce them to new writers in genres they don’t always buy.

Each anthology will be filled with 10-20 new stories, in all genres, and will only be available a limited time. After the publication time has lapsed, the author can then publish the novella themselves.

Fine Print

While this is not list-aiming, we have partnered with Creative Edge Publicity, Abundantly Social Marketing to promote and market the anthology. We have also lined up several different podcasts to showcase the anthology as well as the authors involved. These services are included as part of the admission fee.

All manuscripts included will be allowed to have the following:

  • Complete book list linked (must submit with either a universal link or link to author’s website),
  • Dedication
  • Acknowledgements
  • Bio
  • Headshot

As part of the marketing, a “swag” teaser ebook will be made to give away via BookFunnel and other methods. The teaser will include:

  • Each novella’s title page;
  • Each novella’s 1st chapter;
  • Author’s linked book list;
  • Author’s bio, headshot and contact method links;
  • Link to Universal purchase link.

The authors are responsible for:

  • Having novella professionally edited;
  • Submitting book list as well as universal links for each book;
  • Submitting novella, front matter, back matter by deadline;
  • Sharing anthology through social media posts and newsletter content.

Deena Rae

Deena Rae was born and raised in Texas - home of bluebonnets, boots, beef and big hair - into a family that was in the printing and publishing industries. Her father was a computer programmer for major newspapers when the equipment took up whole rooms and mother has been a publisher for almost 40 years - trying, unsuccessfully, to bring her into the family business. Finally relenting in 2011, she officially joined The Book Connection - her mother's publishing and packaging company - as the Digital Director, to create the epublishing division. Her computer skills, willingness to help authors, love of literature, no-nonsense attitude and quick wit has helped shepherd many authors through the maze of digital and indie publishing. Quickly deciding she wanted to offer her services to more authors than just the ones her mother represented, she branched out on her own, opening E-BookBuilders January of 2012. The rest is history.
